WebBoss was ahead of its time. Content management systems in 2001 were big clunky beasts from the likes of Microsoft and Oracle.

WebBoss was lightweight and allowed easy editing by the small business clients of eWebSystem.

Interestingly, the name is returning to its roots with a UK company having created a modern site-builder with a similar brand.
